Some of Andrew’s clients have used Universals for up to almost 20 years and below you can read their success stories. Universals have been a powerful tool in my life, assisting me in maintaining stability, strength, and clarity. They are a daily physical exercise with a meditative component that brings consistently positive results no matter where my life is at. Universals can be tailored to best suit your needs during a period of time. For example, when I was pregnant, Andrew taught me a form of Universals that would work physically and gave me a meditation that addressed my needs during that time. He or I would often coordinate group Universals with friends in different cities in order to enhance the energy component. I live in the prairies and we would all connect through multiple-party phone calls. I recall the early days of doing Universals. I was going through a major growth spurt, personally and professionally. I was moving through this intense healing at night, facing past traumas and futile coping mechanisms, then getting up and going to my professional job during the day where I was endeavouring to rise up in the company. I also got sick a lot as I processed through my emotional stuff. I did Universals every chance I could get: in the morning when I was waiting for the bus, during breaks at work (usually in the bathroom), and then wherever else I happened to be at night. The Universals are aptly named, impacting mind, body and spirit. They helped me stay clear-headed, emotionally stable, and physically capable. My work had a lot of moving parts and there was a lot at stake for me, and for my boss and our clients. I wound up working for one of the top people in the company, then moving on to law school. I got out of my own way in every area of my life, going on to heal my family relationships, get married, and have a child of my own. Through it all, Universals have been a key component of my success.

Universal meditations in motion helped to heal chronic pain.
Before I met Andrew, I suffered from chronic back pain, which would put me on workers compensation at least once every two years. Once I became disciplined with Universals and was doing them properly, I built up my core so that not only did I no longer have to go on workers compensation but they also eliminated my back pain since doing Universals consistently. Universals have done many things for me, such as:
- Stability - of the core muscle groups as well as feeling stable from energetic grounding. Universals also provide stability and prepare myself for physical challenges throughout my work day (e.g. lifting, climbing, extending myself in reaching, squatting to work in tight spaces, walking for extended periods of time, different physical activity in general).
- Clarity - As I do the exercises and check in with where I am at mentally, I can envision where I desire to focus on mentally.
- Healing – Universal exercises helped to heal chronic pain. In the short term, Universals have been very effective for healing mental distractions like anxiety, anger, frustration or panic attacks.
- Connectivity - Universals have me connected to what is happening in each moment through the day from a clear grounded viewpoint.
- Manifestation - The Lymphatic Pendulum Universal movement makes it easy to move into a meditative state and focus on manifestation.
- Toning - My whole body has become more toned from the consistency of the exercises.
- Circulation – Universals are aerobic exercises. They increase heart rate so this in turn increases circulation as well as stimulates lymphatic clearing.
If you do them with focused intention and discipline you will change your body.
The Universal exercises are an amazing tool. If you do them with focused intention and discipline you will change your body. If you are feeling anxiety/fear they will help to calm and ground yourself. You can also use them to meditate or to help with visualizations. Truly remarkable.

I find Universals very challenging to do properly. As I do them more consistently, I find myself energized, focused and grounded. When I do them properly, I even get a little glow on "buzz" effect where my vision changes a bit. Things seem brighter.
I've been working with Andrew for 18 years now. Universals were brought into my life in 2003. They have changed my life and given me a new and stronger body!!

We Flow Universal exercises have helped me strengthen my core in ways that my aerial arts practice did not address. After practicing aerial arts on and off for about 8 years, my body found ways to compensate rather than strengthen in certain muscle groups. We Flow exercises filled in that gap and I've noticed my core strength increasing. This has also helped with my aerial arts practice! We Flow provides quick exercises that not only strengthen, they also ground and energize. Doing them 4-5 times a week (anywhere, including on the beach) has made a wonderful difference and even helped me improve how I breathe and regulate my emotions. I love them and the instructors who are super helpful and friendly.
