WHO ARE WE FLOW?

After many years as a holistic healer, our founder Andrew developed exercises to benefit people of any age and ability. They could either build muscle for athletes or help heal physical ailments for physical therapy. He specifically designed the Universals techniques so people can do them anywhere and in any clothing. We Flow’s movements are beneficial for those with active or inactive lifestyles, for those who want to strengthen their mind-spirit-body connection, and those who want to connect positively with themselves and others.
