WHO ARE WE FLOW?

After many years as a holistic healer, our founder Andrew developed exercises to benefit people of any age and ability. They could either build muscle for athletes or help heal physical ailments for physical therapy. He specifically designed the Universals techniques so people can do them anywhere and in any clothing. We Flow’s movements are beneficial for those with active or inactive lifestyles, for those who want to strengthen their mind-spirit-body connection, and those who want to connect positively with themselves and others!

Our subscription gives you access to live online classes 6 days a week, as well as access to our on-demand library, our wellness blog and support from the We Flow community forum.

Universal Meditations as Energy Flow

Envision the energy flows inside of you, picturing the highest sources of energy coming through key points of the body to meet in the center (your abdominal area) – in what we call the core power point – capturing and combining forces of earth energy and universal energy.

The earth energy coming from the ground up into your body and the universal energy from beyond the earth entering the crown of your head both passing through your chakra to your abdomen to combining the two in a whirling core power ball of white light.

This white light in your body can be directed internally or externally to the areas you feel need to be healed.
